That means accurate business information, the right primary and secondary categories, a complete list of services with honest descriptions, real photos, regular profile posts, question and answer coverage, duplicate listing cleanup, and support with Google’s review guidelines.

Around the profile we help with the Google tools that surround it: Search Console and Analytics so you can see what people searched before they called, and Google Ads when paid search genuinely earns its keep. We also prepare your business information so AI assistants answer questions about you correctly.

Independently owned businesses that depend on local customers: contractors and trades, professional offices, clinics, salons, restaurants, retail shops and service providers. Most of the businesses we work with have between one and seven employees and no marketing department, so the work has to be practical, documented and worth the money.
