Google Business Profile / Google tools / Google Ads

Your Google Business Profile, done properly.

Your profile is the page that decides whether the customer down the road calls you or the business beside you. We build it, manage it and keep it active, so the people already searching for what you sell find you first.

2015

The year Ryan started working with Google Business Profiles.

1 profile

One listing, managed properly, instead of a scatter of half finished ones.

3–6 months

How long local results typically take to build. Not a promise, an expectation.

  • Working with Google Business Profiles since 2015
  • Independent. Not a call center.
  • Month to month. No long term contract.
  • Your Google account stays yours.
  • Free 30 minute consultation

01 / The main event

Inside your Google
Business Profile.

Nine areas, worked continuously. Not a one time cleanup, and not a list we tick off once and forget. This is the whole job most agencies only do part of.

/ 01

Profile setup & verification

Claim it, prove it, and fill in every field Google uses to decide whether you are a real business worth showing.

  • Claim or reclaim your profile and confirm ownership
  • Support through the verification method Google allows for you
  • Business name, address and suite entered exactly as they appear on your signage
  • Real service area instead of a made up one
  • Hours, holiday hours, opening date and appointment link
  • Attributes that match how you actually operate
  • Duplicate and outdated listings found and reported
/ 02

Categories & services

This is where most profiles quietly lose customers. The wrong primary category sends you into the wrong searches.

  • Primary category chosen around the searches that bring paying work
  • Secondary categories added only where they help
  • Full service list with descriptions customers understand
  • Products, menus or packages loaded where they apply
  • Business description written for people first, local terms second
  • Price range, payment methods and other fields that build trust
/ 03

Photos, video & visual proof

Profiles with current, genuine photos get more clicks. We keep yours from looking abandoned.

  • Cover photo, logo and a first impression that looks like a real business
  • Interior, exterior, team and at work photos that customers respond to
  • A steady upload cadence instead of one photo and silence
  • Photos organized and older, off brand images reviewed
  • Video uploads where Google supports them
  • Shot list and guidance if you would rather take your own
/ 04

Posts, offers & events

Activity is a signal. Posts give Google and customers a reason to look at you again.

  • What is new, offer and event posts on a steady schedule
  • Copy written around services you actually sell
  • Calls to action matched to each post goal
  • Seasonal and community moments for your area
  • Posts used to keep the profile alive between reviews
/ 05

Reviews & reputation

Reviews are the closest thing local search has to a referral. We build the habit, not a shortcut.

  • A direct review link you can send from the counter, the truck or the invoice
  • Request wording and timing that stay inside Google policy
  • Response drafts for every review, good and bad
  • Review growth watched so it looks natural, because it is
  • Guidance when a review appears to break Google policy
  • No buying reviews, no incentives, no hiding unhappy customers
/ 06

Q&A, accuracy & citations

Google and customers cross check. When your information disagrees somewhere, trust drops.

  • Questions monitored and answered in your voice
  • Common questions seeded so future visitors get answers
  • Wrong community answers reported and corrected
  • Name, address and phone kept consistent across Maps, your site and socials
  • Social profile details aligned with the Google listing
  • Bookmark and share links set up for your team
/ 07

Calls, messages & directions

The profile exists to produce phone calls, direction requests and booked work.

  • Profile messaging turned on and watched where it fits your workflow
  • Call, message and direction requests treated as buying signals
  • Website, appointment and menu links tested on a phone
  • Lead notifications routed to the person who can answer
/ 08

Insights & monthly reporting

You should know what changed, in words you did not need a marketing degree to read.

  • Calls, direction requests, website clicks and messages tracked
  • Discovery searches separated from direct searches
  • The actual search terms customers used to find you
  • Photo views and profile interactions
  • Competitor gaps noted in plain English
  • One short monthly summary: what changed, what is next
/ 09

AI and assistant readiness

People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and AI search who to hire. A complete, consistent profile is part of the answer.

  • Structured business information on your site matches your profile
  • Services and service areas stated the same way everywhere
  • Clean, consistent citations across the web
  • Answer focused content so assistants can quote you correctly

02 / Google Business tools

The Google tools we
work in every week.

Anyone can call themselves a Google Business tools expert. What matters is knowing which tool answers which question, and reading it correctly instead of guessing.

01
Business Profile Manager
The listing customers see: information, categories, services, photos, posts, Q&A and messages.
02
Business Profile performance
Calls, direction requests, website clicks, messages and the searches behind them.
03
Google Maps
Pin accuracy, category results, photo quality and how you compare with the businesses beside you.
04

05
Google Analytics
Where your website visitors came from and what they did when they arrived.
06
Google Ads
Paid placement that sends local searches to a profile and site already set up to convert.
07
Review and policy center
Keeping requests and responses inside Google rules so nothing gets taken away.

Already have logins and dashboards you never open? We can take those over, or leave them and simply report what they mean.

04 / Why businesses trust us

Your Google presence
in careful hands.

Local search has a reputation for vague promises. Here is exactly how we work, so you can judge us on facts rather than adjectives.

You keep ownership

The profile, the Google account and the data stay yours. We work from manager access and never ask for your password.

Month to month

No long term contract. If the work stops earning its place, you can stop. The setup fee covers the initial build.

A real person

Ryan works with you directly. No ticket queue, no rotating account manager, no script.

Honest expectations

Google controls rankings. We say what we can influence, what typically takes three to six months, and what nobody can promise you.

Reviews inside the rules

Real customers, honest requests, no incentives. A review habit that survives an audit is worth more than a spike.

Reporting you will read

One short monthly summary. You should not need a login, a dashboard tutorial and an afternoon to understand progress.

Who we work with

Independent businesses that serve customers in person, in a real service area.

05 / What happens after you say yes

Three to six
months, in steps.

No black box and no mystery. Here is the sequence, so you always know what stage your profile is in and what comes next.

  1. Week 1

    Access and audit

We look at your profile, your visibility, your competitors and the searches that matter. You add us as a manager from your own Google account, and we tell you honestly what Google shows today.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Fix the foundation

Verification support, categories, services, business information, photos and duplicate cleanup. This is the part most businesses never finish, and it is why they stay stuck.

  3. Weeks 4 to 12

    Build activity and reviews

Posts, photo updates, review requests and responses on a steady rhythm. Google reads activity and customer signals, and customers read them too.

  4. Months 3 to 6

    Measure and refine

Calls, directions and search terms reported each month, then adjustments. Strong local positions typically build over three to six months, depending on competition.

06 / A clear investment

Big visibility.
Small-business focused.

07 / Straight answers

Before you
call us.

The questions worth asking any consultant who wants your Google presence, including the uncomfortable one about guarantees.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your business details, a list of the services you sell, photos if you have them, and manager access to your profile. You add us through your own Google account. You never send a password, and about twenty minutes of your time is enough to begin.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. The work is month to month. The one time setup fee covers the initial build, verification support and optimization. After that you can stop whenever you decide it is no longer worth it.

Who owns my Google Business Profile and my data?

You do. The profile stays in your Google account and we work as a manager. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you, exactly where it belongs.

Should I run Google Ads or fix my profile first?

Often both, but in the right order. Ads buy attention. If the profile they land on is incomplete, or the reviews are thin, you pay for clicks that were never going to convert. Most local businesses get more from fixing the foundation first, then adding Ads. We will tell you honestly which one your situation needs.

What do you report, and how often?

A short monthly summary covering calls, direction requests, website clicks, the searches people used to find you, review activity and what we are doing next. No forty page dashboard you will never open.

Can you guarantee the top spot on Google Maps?

No, and anyone who promises that is not being straight with you. Google decides rankings. What we control is the work: complete and accurate information, current photos, steady activity and reviews that follow the rules. Most clients begin seeing improvement over three to six months, depending on their market and starting point.

Do you only work with businesses near you?

No. The work is remote first, so we look after Google Business Profiles for businesses anywhere in the world. Everything runs over email, phone and a short monthly summary, and you keep ownership of the profile throughout.
